Georges St-Pierre is the gold standard for what a complete mixed martial artist looks like. The Canadian from Saint-Isidore became welterweight champion twice and built a reign of dominance that lasted years. He retired in 2013, returned to beat Michael Bisping for the middleweight title in 2017, and retired again. His legacy as perhaps the greatest welterweight in history and one of the top five mixed martial artists of all time is secure.
